Everyone is different - it would be boring otherwise! How we feel and what we can change varies person to person, both with your health, but also your family and lifestyle.
Working with you, I will formulate an achievable plan that you can put into practice and see benefit from, to suit your lifestyle, with a focus on food changes first and supported by supplements if required, with optional testing as needed.
