“I contacted Kathrin and signed up to her 'Boost' programme because I was in a complete diet-induced mess. I had been trying to lose weight - with some success - but had some awfully unhealthy eating (and not-eating!) habits that were going to do harm long term. A high cholesterol test was the crunch point, and I reached out for help.
The transformation has been nothing short of remarkable. I feel like I've had 3 months of therapy as well as nutritional advice. I very quickly began to realise my relationship with food as a nourishing source of joy was broken, and I'd been so filled with different diet information over my 53 years that my brain was scrambled.
Kathrin took me step by step through a process of thinking, and realising, some key goals.
